Privacy Policy

Your banking credentials never touch our servers. This page explains exactly what we collect (including optional waitlist emails) and how KaDaPoints protects your data while surfacing public rewards offers.

Effective date: January 1, 2026

1. Introduction

KaDaPoints (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is fully committed to safeguarding the privacy of every person who uses our browser extension and services. Privacy is not a feature we added — it is the foundational principle on which the entire product is engineered.

We operate in accordance with international financial application security standards and follow a strict privacy-by-design methodology. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly what our software does and does not do with your data. If any practice described here changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date below.

2. Data We Collect

When you join the KaDaPoints beta waitlist on our website, we collect the email address you submit. We use it solely to notify you about beta access, product updates, and related waitlist communications.

We do not sell waitlist emails, and we do not use them to build advertising profiles. You may request deletion of your waitlist email at any time by contacting privacy@kadapoints.com.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

This is the most important safeguard in this policy, so we state it without ambiguity: KaDaPoints does not collect, store, or transmit any of your private banking or identity credentials. This explicitly includes, and is not limited to:

  • Banking or account passwords, PINs, or login credentials
  • Social Security Numbers (SSN) or any government identification numbers
  • Your full legal name or government-issued identity documents
  • Full or partial credit card numbers, CVV codes, or expiration dates
  • Bank account numbers or personal reward-program login balances

None of this information ever leaves your device through KaDaPoints, because we never request, read, or process it in the first place. The only contact detail we may store from the marketing site is a voluntarily submitted waitlist email.

4. How We Process Data

The KaDaPoints extension interacts exclusively with publicly available credit card application and marketing pages. Its sole purpose is to analyze publicly published information — rewards points, spending multipliers, and sign-up bonus changes — so we can surface all-time-high public offers to you.

Any local, background browser fetching that the extension performs is used only to read these public marketing pages. This session data is never cross-linked to your real identity, and it is never assembled into a personal profile. We analyze public offers, not private account balances.

5. Cookies and Sessions

Some of our features — such as the Incognito Sandbox mode — clear local session cookies to isolate banking tracking and reveal higher public offers that are otherwise hidden by issuer targeting. This cookie clearing is strictly executed client-side, on your own local browser.

No cookie data, session token, or banking tracking identifier is ever uploaded to our servers from the extension. What happens in your browser stays in your browser.

6. Third-Party Links

KaDaPoints may present outgoing banking affiliate links (for example, through networks such as FlexOffers) that direct you to third-party financial institutions. When you follow one of these links, you leave our environment and enter a service we do not operate.

We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of third-party financial institutions or affiliate networks. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any bank, card issuer, or partner site before submitting any personal information to them.

Questions about your privacy?

We believe transparency should be effortless. If you have any questions about this policy or how KaDaPoints handles data, reach our privacy team at privacy@kadapoints.com.
